Warranty and Return policy

Revocation and right of return:

• Canceling your order: you have the right to cancel your order in writing by email. Since each product is manufactured individually for each customer, a recall is only possible before production starts. Used goods will not be taken back.

• Credit notes will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the defective goods.

• There is no right of return for special items, personalised only for you, that are not available in the shop.

• The following goods will not be taken back:

• used goods

• Special and custom-made products

• When exchanging the goods, shipping costs (2nd shipping) will be charged again.

Warranty: Products have a warranty of 30 days.

• we take back items that have faulty hardware
• we take back items that do not work well because of a manufacturing problem, but not custom items that have been made by wrong measurements taken by the owner

• We do exchange new items that are not custom made !



Delivery time:

Our products are individually handmade for each customer. It can therefore take up to 3-4 weeks (after receipt of payment) until we ship the goods (depending where you are).

Sustainability:

In order to produce as sustainably as possible, we use the entire fabric. Therefore there are deviations in the arrangement of the sample. So, each item will have its own personality, just like your beloved pet. The picture in the shop serves only as an example. Thank you very much for your understanding.
